In the countryside of Santa Teresa Gallura there are numerous agritourism farms where it's possible to taste excellent dishes based on genuine local products. If you wish to try the famous "porceddu" (little pork) or "zuppa cuata" (letterally hidden soup), you can't miss one farms. In some it's also possible have Bed & Breakfast.
